_______________
Probably the same thing happened in mother's case.
When they saw something that year (think it was Dec 2007), they kept asking for her mammogramme records of the previous year. We did the mammograms in NUH every year - the records should be with them !
How to prove negligence?
Just like in father's case. We told NUH that the nurse poured medicine into father's mouth when the speech therapist advised to feed slowly. And sure enough, he immediately choked very badly. And NUH could reply that the nurse fed him carefully. Such a lie! We were there and witnessed it.
