Of frogs and butterflies

Today, the butterfly came again. It fluttered round the plants, from one end to the other. Then as I clumsily took out the cameraphone, and tried to find a good spot to take a good photo, the butterfly had flown over the wall. Again. (>_< ) Well, it was a yellow butterfly, all yellow, quite small.

Then my thoughts rambled back to the day I saw the frog by the pond. And other days, when I saw an ugly skinny toad by the flower pots, jumping down to the drain when it saw me poking around the plants.

Someone told me that some frogs would lay their eggs in the centre of plants like ferns. Because there is fertiliser (and food) at the centre. Hmm.
