Seed an initiative
Grow it
Engage the community
Turnover of staff
The initiative withers
And dies
Another cycle, new heads
The seed resurfaces
The initiative starts
Usually under a different, but similar, name
Bravo! Good idea!
And so it goes on.
Foundation being built, chipped away from neglect, then built again
How can we grow higher?
